Totally reformed in 2010.

Located near the RENFE train station, the New City Courthouse, the Conference Hall and the Kursaal Auditorium (where the Jazz and Film Festivals are held), and close to the Concha and Zurriola beaches.
Apartments totally equiped for 2,3 or 4 persons.

We have nine rooms: for single, double (possibility of a supplementary bed). All come equipped with a bathroom, hair-dryer, heating, iron and internet connection from all rooms (WI-FI sistem).

Breakfast served in lounge.

We also provide cradles.
